Dakota and Lu and a new addition!

It is crazy how time flies. Sometimes it can feel like time is going so slow... you're excited about something, so every day is torture until it arrives, or your job is boring, and days seem to go by like molasses. And then other times, times like this, it feels like it is going by wayyyyyy too fast. About a year ago, I was photographing Dakota and Lu's wedding on the water in Nahant, and now... they have a new reason to celebrate! Dakota is pregnant with their first baby, which is due about 2 weeks after their wedding anniversary. What a great gift that will be :) They decided not to know the sex of the baby, but they did know they wanted me to take some pictures, and I am so flattered that they asked! Here are a few photos from their maternity session. I wanted to start off with a few of Dakota... the baby's nursery is actually the room she got ready in for her wedding, so I loved putting these pictures up side by side and seeing what a difference a year makes :)
