FNS Group Shoot- Amanda

Saturday I had the privilege of heading over to my friend Lesley Arak's studio and participating in one of her monthly group shoots.  I met Lesley when we both assisted another photographer at a wedding last year, and I have to say I have been blown away by her talent.  She comes up with all kinds of funky concepts and creative angles, and I am always inspired by her originality.  She hosts monthly group shoots at her studio in Indian Orchard, and I have literally been trying to go to one for the past 6 months!  I was finally able to attend on Saturday, and I am so glad I did.  Relaxed environment, beautiful models, and great photographers willing to share knowledge and bounce ideas off each other- what more could a girl ask for?  I had a great time meeting so many talented people, and I can't wait to attend again sometime soon!

The way the day works is that they hire 2 more models than they do photographers, so you constantly have someone all to yourself to shoot with.  The first model I worked with was Amanda, and she was simply awesome.  Since it was my first time there, I was glad to work with an experienced model who has been at the studio before, and Amanda totally worked it in front of the camera.  Plus she was super sweet and so fun to hang out with.  These are some of my favorite shots of her from the day.  Thanks for rocking it Amanda, hope you like how fabulous you look! :)
