Happy Valentine's Day everyone! Can't believe it's that time of year again. This year is kinda weird for me... I semi-have a Valentine, but he's 10,000 miles away, so I pretty much don't lol. That's what girlfriends are for and I'm psyched to hang out with some friends tonight! In the spirit of the holiday, I thought I'd share some real lovebirds with ya. Back in August, I headed up to Vermont with my friend Andi of Shades of Images and helped her out on Kris and Jen's wedding! To be honest, when I went to blog this wedding, I couldn't remember the groom's first name... his last name was Kacklemeyer (probably spelled wrong, sorry Kris) and so his nickname is Kack, which is what he insisted I call him too. Let me tell you, Kack and Jen's wedding was a BLAST. An honest-to-god great time. They were married at the Mountain Top Inn in Vermont, the same place I photographed Lindsey and Dave's wedding almost two years ago. It's a gorgeous spot and Andi and I were thrilled to be able to stay over in the main lodge, which is everything you'd expect from a Vermont inn. Comfy quilt on the bed, antlers on the wall, moose-decorated towels and pillows. It's adorable. And we had a wonderful time, and it was great to be able to just walk upstairs to our room at the end of a long day. Here are some favorite images!
