Emily and Roger: Henrietta's Table Wedding

Good morning!  It's Monday and for the normal working world that is an annoying fact but for me that is awesome!  :)  It was a good weekend... I had a senior shoot Friday, a wedding on Saturday and a maternity shoot for an old friend and her husband on Sunday.  Plus it was a huge editing weekend, and I'm happy to say that I am close to being done with editing weddings for the season!  This one I am blogging right now is my 2nd to last ... now that it's done I will be concentrating on Amanda and Matt's wedding, and when that's done, that's it!  No more weddings to edit!  It's such a relief, because in September I was starting to get very panick-y about how many things were in the queue as far as editing.  Now things are winding down and I feel much more sane.  Less editing also gives me more time to plan for Ireland... which is just FOUR MONTHS AWAY!!!!  Can you believe it????  Cause I really can't lol...

Anyways, on to Emily and Roger.  Emily and Roger live in San Francisco, which is my mom's self-proclaimed "favorite city in the world!"  haha.  I've actually never been but California is on my bucket list and I am dying to visit San Fran!  Anyways, it's not often that people book me from out of state, over the phone, so it always makes me somewhat nervous.  I always tell people "You don't have to spend the whole day with the florist, you don't have to spend the whole day with the caterer, but you do have to spend the whole day with the photographer"... so you want to make sure it's someone you are comfortable with and click with!  It's hard to do that over the phone.  But as soon as I met Emily and Roger, I felt completely comfortable with them.  They are so friendly and welcoming, and Emily has the most infectious laugh!  They are totally awesome and I was excited to capture their wedding day, with the help of a fabulous 2nd shooter, Angie Bonin.  This was my first real in the city wedding, so I was nervous, but they made it so easy... I didn't have to drive at all!  Lol... and with the help of an amazing coordinator, it really turned out to be a great day.  Not only that, but how cool is this:  I photographed the first wedding ever held at Henrietta's Table in the Charles Hotel!  Super excited about that, as it was a fabulous place... I really want to go back and have lunch there, I'm just obsessed with the decor, the staff, everything!  Anyways, let me stop going on and on and share some pics with you :)

BTW, photographers, I am loving the latest version of BlogStomp!  You can collage as many pics as you want... as you can see, you're no longer tied down to just 4 lol...
